OECD PRINCIPLES FOR INDEPENDENT FISCAL INSTITUTIONS - October 2013

This note presents a revised version of the proposed OECD Principles for Independent Fiscal Institutions approved by written procedure in May 2013, following the discussions at the 47th meeting of the Public Governance Committee. The draft Principles were developed and approved by the Working Party of Senior Budget Officials (SBO) and its associated network of OECD Parliamentary Budget Officials and Independent Fiscal Institutions (PBO).
